Context
How I Turned a Layoff into a Learning Opportunity.
Due to the economic downturn caused by the pandemic, the company I have worked with, had to let go of some employees, and I was one of them.
As I started to update my CV, I realized how tedious and frustrating the process was. I had to use a desktop computer, download templates, edit them, format them, and export them. It took me hours to create a decent-looking CV.
Tech Stack
The iOS app is built with Flutter. Uses native App Store payments.
API is a Dart Frog containerized in Docker hosted on Digital Ocean. Uses Cloudflare as CDN and Firewall. Uses OpenAI API for chat functions, Python and LangChain for data retrieval.
